Follow along the regular setup.

Create your config file

One way to create the .ddsclient file in your home directory is use TextEdit.

• Open TextEdit - Select Spotlight(magnifying glass) and type "TextEdit"
• Create a new Document by Clicking File -> New
• Fix document formatting by Clicking Format -> Make Plain Text
• Paste in the data from your clipboard from the above guide
• Click File->Save
• In the Save dialog
  • Enter ".ddsclient" for Save As:
  • Make sure Where is set to your home directory
  • Uncheck If no extension is provided use ".txt"
  • Click Save
  • If you are prompted with a warning about dot being reserved click Use "."
