i18n: add complete Persian (FA) localization

Pull Request Description

This PR adds a comprehensive Persian (Farsi) translation to the project. I have populated the app_fa.arb file with localized strings covering the entire user interface, including:

• Core navigation and dashboard elements.
• Media playback controls and settings.
• Service integrations (Seerr, Sonarr, Radarr).
• Pluralization rules and placeholders for dynamic content.

Issue Being Fixed

This adds support for Persian-speaking users, improving the accessibility of the application in the FA locale.
