Adds
workflows.diamond.ac.uk/expirationlabel to Triggers that gets converted into a kyverno cleanup TTL label. If not provided, a default 24h is used. Expiration can also be set to 'never', in which case the Trigger will not be given a cleanup label.Requires switching on the Kyverno cleanup controller - only on staging for now
