All eleven camacho-maintained plugins now target the markdown-magic v4+ plugin API (peerDependency ^4), so move them out of "Legacy v1 & v2 plugins" into a new "## Plugins" section. Also adds the previously undocumented last-modified plugin and a matching table-of-contents entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
@markdown-magic/dependency-table is an older CJS snapshot of the separately published markdown-magic-dependency-table. Nothing in the monorepo imports or depends on it. Also drops its lockfile entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
