What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Fixes DOCS-14142
Updates the temporal language in the AWS ALB
aws.elbnamespace deprecation guide now that the June 2026 change has taken effect. Shifts language describing the removal from future/present tense to past tense, and renames the "Metrics to update" table columns from "Current"/"Replacement" to "Former"/"Current" to reflect the completed migration.Merge instructions
