Update the Gradle wrapper from 9.8.1 to 9.8.2, the latest stable release, and update the distribution SHA-256 checksum. Regenerated the wrapper with 9.8.2; the wrapper JAR and scripts are unchanged.

Validation:
./gradlew clean build jmhClasses --warning-mode all, including the Java 8, 11, 17, 21, and 25 test matrix, Spotless, SpotBugs, coverage reports, Javadocs, and benchmark compilation. The build emits a JMH configuration visibility deprecation for Gradle 11 and missing Javadoc tag warnings.
