Move DOS token list to shared configs

• point Blockscout TOKEN_LIST_URL and the deploy probe to DOScan-Frontend-Configs
• remove the duplicate token list and WDOS asset from this repository
• validate the hosted list reference and exact WDOS metadata in the dependency gate
