fix(app): sync reveal-menu i18n keys across all locales

Port of upstream anomalyco/opencode#36293, plus completion: the upstream PR synced 16 locales but missed ar, which kept the parity test red — this port adds the three Arabic entries too.

Fixes the pre-existing i18n parity test failure on dev. Verified: full app unit suite now green (577 pass, 0 fail), typecheck clean.
