Local evaluation login failed with invalid_redirect_uri because OpenBot opened /auth/signin on the API origin, while the local OIDC client registers its callback on the dashboard origin. Session cookies also belong to the dashboard host.

The setup helper now discovers CLI-managed local stacks with copilotkit local list --json, matches the configured API origin, and uses that stack's dashboard for sign-in and all session-authenticated requests. It retains the original API URL in the resulting runtime connection. Remote and manually hosted local deployments retain their existing flow; invalid or ambiguous saved dashboard configuration fails before opening a browser.

Validation: 41 setup tests pass, including dashboard-origin requests, callback URL, runtime URL preservation, multiple-stack matching, and invalid discovery results. Workspace typechecks and changed-file lint/format checks pass. Live discovery against a running local 0.13.14 install returned the expected dashboard. A complete interactive sign-in was not repeated; terminal approval remains required by the local auth service.
