docs(mcp): sync thread tool docs for get_thread poll tool (CON-5229, CON-5234)

Summary

Syncs the Consensus MCP docs with the new get_thread poll tool added in Consensus-NLP/common commit a278d4368 ([Threads in MCP - 8/9] - get_thread poll tool (CON-5229, CON-5234) (#8240)).

Adds a Research threads section to consensus-mcp.mdx documenting:

• create_thread / add_to_thread dispatch parameters and confirmation response
• get_thread poll parameters (interaction_id, include_trace) and response fields (status, filename, document, citations, stats, agent_trace, etc.)
• find_threads list parameters and thread metadata

Notes:

• openapi.json is unchanged; the commit only affected the MCP tool surface, not the public REST API.
• Thread tools require a signed-in Consensus account; deep mode requires a paid plan.
