Rebuild merged file from modules

Regenerates the merged file from the 11 core modules + BFO (ROBOT merge + annotate) so
it matches the modules:

• ✅ Restores the 5 missing classes
• Removes 133 extension terms (Barcode + Modal/Familial relations — 40 classes + 88 object
  properties) that were baked into the released merged file but are not part of the 11
  core modules

Among other things, there is a difference of 40 classes between them.

Could you describe how you generated this merged file? i.e. which specific modules you used (under which commits).
