Add file list tree view mode across file status, history, and PR screens - #62

Add FileListMode setting with list and tree options synced through settings snapshot and Firestore. Render staged, changed, and commit file lists as native tree views when tree mode is enabled.
Wrap the create pull request content in a GeometryReader so split views fill the window, enforce the minimum size after the hosting view is installed, and increase the default and minimum window heights.
