Generates and loads ELF sidecars so GDB and systemd-coredump can unwind and symbolize PE frames.
Sidecars are validated against the source DLL and regenerated when stale.
The existing raw PE loader remains as a fallback. Includes a standalone generator, Havok crash test, and documentation.
