Building and distributing
libSDL3for both SE1 and SE2.Ubuntu 24.04 does not have
libSDL3. People still use a lot of distros based on that Ubuntu version, including Linux Mint 22.3, but there are more. The 2025 and later distros have it, but they are still getting mainstream. Best to deploy our build for now.
