Updates the CLI to OpenTUI 0.2.2 and switches renderer setup to the new screenMode option. Aligns web-tree-sitter with OpenTUI's peer dependency in the SDK and code-map packages. Updates multiline paste handling to decode PasteEvent bytes and reuse OpenTUI's ANSI stripping helpers. Validated with TypeScript, focused paste-handler tests, and diff whitespace checks.
