This enables the extension to run on VS Code on the web (#38).
Limitations compared to the main version:
• Doesn’t support github authorization
• No proxy support
I have tested it on vscode.dev like described in this guide: https://code.visualstudio.com/api/extension-guides/web-extensions#test-your-web-extension-in-on-vscode.dev
