mctp-linux: Depend on mctp "std" feature#56

Wasn't caught by CI because that checks all crates together and mctp/std was pulled in by other crates. Fixes: e46166d ("Put more dependencies in the top-level `Cargo.toml`.") Signed-off-by: Matt Johnston <matt@codeconstruct.com.au>
Missing features such as mctp/std in mctp-linux weren't caught, since building all crates together uses features from the entire set. Signed-off-by: Matt Johnston <matt@codeconstruct.com.au>
