💡 What

Optimized applyWorktreeCreateDefaults to accept a pre-loaded configuration object, hoisting the await loadConfig() call outside the map() operation in the bulk creation loop.

🎯 Why

To prevent O(N) disk I/O when inserting arrays of items. loadConfig() reads and parses the config.yaml file from the filesystem. Calling this on every item inside data.map() scaled poorly and introduced completely unnecessary latencies for bulk creation tasks.

📊 Impact

Eliminates $N-1$ file reads/parses during bulk inserts. Creation overhead is now $O(1)$ regarding configuration loading, significantly speeding up large batch creations of worktrees.

🔬 Measurement

Run bulk worktree creations and monitor time-to-completion, specifically noting reduced file access metrics via profiling tools or logging.

…erts

Moved the await loadConfig() out of the map iteration within the worktree creation process. Previously this loaded and parsed the YAML configuration from disk for each individual item, causing O(N) I/O footprint for bulk creation arrays. It now loads the configuration only once and passes it to the defaults applier.
