Prevents overwriting the alternate level by the regular levels and fix the label
I'm not sure I understand the whole original logic but the way I changed it, an additional condition is required

The alternate level would be overwritten by the regular levels and not taken into account at all, and what was labelled as the delay would rather report the (ignored) alternate level. This fixes both issues.
