Add the 3.14 classifier and enable it in the pip/shapes CI matrix. The conda/cells matrix stays at 3.13 until the conda-forge scientific stack (petsc4py, vtk, ...) solves on 3.14. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
