feat: add RPC benches 125-129 (Abstract, ApeChain, Lisk, Swellchain, Cyber)

Summary

• Benches 125-129: Abstract, ApeChain, Lisk, Swellchain, Cyber RPC latency pages (3 keyless providers each, every 60s from 3 regions)
• Adds 5 chains to chains.ts (auto-generates /chains/[slug] pages)
• Wires logos for all 7 wave-2 chains (kava + zora from previous commit + 5 new) + altlayer, sentio providers
• Updates config.go probe matrix with full audit comments for each chain
• Adds abstract-official, apechain-official, lisk-official, sentio, altlayer, cyber-official to provider-registry
