Summary
Refresh the 7.2 PRJC scheduler patch so it applies after the upstream CachyOS change that added the empty-cpuset floor to
tg_cpus().The source-side change is present in the 7.2 scheduler branch, but the patch's removal hunk did not include the new explanatory comment. This caused the patch to fail when building the 7.2 kernel.
Fixes #179.
