Revert guard for STM32H5 as definition works with other supported targets as well
Prevent redefinition of BUFFER_INDEXES to be able to define it elsewhere to overwrite default.

Leave this with me, I need to check this on different targets to make sure this doesn't affect them and also make sure it compiles fine. |
