just tag on a feature branch still created a GitHub Release and updated Homebrew. Guard the local script and release workflows so tags must come from main.

just tagon a feature branch still created a GitHub Release and updated Homebrew. Guard the local script so tags must come from main.CI already refuses off-main tags in
release.yml/publish-registries.yml.
