PLAN.md still described a 2026-06 k-of-n/Nitro design. Record what one measured run actually emits, and what stays outside this repo, so a missing Phase 2 item is not mistaken for an unattested backend. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
