Updates the azure-mgmt-hybridcompute Python SDK to a newer (non-preview) HybridCompute API version and publishes it as a stable major release.
Changes:
- Bump default REST API version from
2026-06-16-previewto2026-07-15across client configuration and request builders. - Mark the package as stable/production and bump version to
10.0.0, updating changelog accordingly. - Refresh generation metadata (spec commit, emitter/http client versions) and update generated samples’
