@neiichango can you assist with getting this merged from @gtrossell-eng? We're in the Azure Blob Storage PG and will be leveraging these policies as a part of an upcoming CXP webinar and in our official docs for GPv1 retirement. We also have a similar PR in #536 if you're up for giving that a review/merge as well |

internal testing confirmed the policy works fine on greenfield and brownfield operations. |

This contribution adds a Storage policy that identifies legacy BlobStorage accounts and optionally upgrades them to StorageV2 using DeployIfNotExists remediation.
The policy preserves the existing storage account SKU and access tier during remediation and supports AuditIfNotExists, DeployIfNotExists, and Disabled effects.
Tested successfully in a sandbox subscription using Azure Policy remediation.
