Summary

Updated the publications and news content for recent 2026 papers, added MOOZY project links/resources, added support for additional publication resource buttons, and adjusted the Projects dropdown styling.

Changes Made

• Updated _data/publications.yml with new/revised publication entries, DOI/resource links, thumbnails, and hidden the 567/1606 cell papers from the public publications page.
• Added recent paper-related news entries in _data/news.yml for MOOZY, Simple Token-Efficient VLM, SPARC, and Segment Any Crack.
• Added MOOZY under the header Projects dropdown and documented it in README.md.
• Updated publication rendering to support additional resource links such as Hugging Face and PyPI.
• Added publication thumbnail images for newly added/updated papers.
• Adjusted Projects dropdown styling so AtlasPatch is blue/bold and MOOZY is black/bold.
• Updated Ruby/Gemfile compatibility so the site builds in the current local Ruby environment.

Testing Checklist

• Hidden 567/1606 papers are not rendered in the generated publications page

The local Ruby environment still prints existing native-extension warnings during Jekyll commands, but the build succeeds.
