Some of these blocks could be elided by further abusing the preprocessor, but it's inconsequential.

#undef BLOCK_REPEATThis would only work where all the coefficients in the block are the same, but there's a few places where this happens and it would save a few lines.

I think i prefer the consistency. Based on a quick count it would also only be ~300 lines we could remove
