The current model didn't learn fully the geometric description of the TPC, so some loopers are generated outside of the gas volume. The fix adds a geometric protection against those particles, skipping them directly. The cluster counts in the TPC will be the same, but only the particles outside of the TPC volume will be discarded. Currently the probability of having unwanted hits in non-TPC detectors is estimated to be ~2%, so it is a minimal effect. No change is required in the tracks to cluster fit.
