fix(runtime): reduce noisy warnings and harden startup#575
Merged
Conversation
Prefer user-defined plugin resources over built-ins and skip stale workflow trigger configs without alarming startup logs. Classify expected runtime conditions consistently, deduplicate MCP failures, and add regression coverage for startup isolation and notification loading.
Preserve structured runner diagnostics without duplicate error logs and align Layout tests with the updated Flocks Pro branding and notification behavior.
