sync(suno): add missing /suno/voices endpoint to docs index

Suno docs in this monorepo were out of sync with upstream Docs/OpenAPI: /suno/voices existed in the spec and integration docs but was missing from the Suno README endpoint index. This update aligns the Suno service overview with current upstream endpoint coverage.

• Docs sync (Suno)

  • Added the missing Suno Voices API row to suno/README.md under APIs and Guides.
  • Linked the endpoint to /suno/voices with its documentation and local integration guide.

• Catalog consistency

  • Updated the Suno overview metric from 12 to 13 API Endpoints to match the documented endpoint set.
