added megaflash clock functionality
Removed MegaFlash activation code. ROM takes care of this. The app only needs to check if MF is there, and if yes, check if clock is activated.

Love it - I'm away from my machines for a few days, but plan to test with MegaFlash and some negative cases as well. I appreciate the contribution! |

Hello-
made some updates to SPF to allow it to use the MegaFlash RTC for performance tests. MegaFlash was added to the clock search sequence and a separate bit of code was added for getting the clock updates. Let me know if you have any questions.
