Prateek Singh

Lead UX Designer, seven-odd years of it, currently at Xflow solving cross-border payments for Indian businesses.

I've spent those years designing progressively smaller things. Buildings first, then objects, then software, and lately the instructions I hand to a machine that writes the software. Roughly in that order.

Everything here is a tool I needed and couldn't find. They're all MIT.

Tools

design-context-for-ai · Points an AI at your live product, maps the navigation, captures the key pages, and turns that into design context it can actually read. Built because every session started with me explaining our own product from scratch, badly. Runs on your machine, nothing leaves it.

frameCleaner · A Figma plugin that rebuilds a frame with the fewest auto-layout layers it can get away with. It shows you what it plans to remove before it touches anything, and it refuses to merge when it finds gradients, prototype interactions or rotation rather than risk your file. On Figma Community.

copy-helper · A Figma plugin that rewrites selected text to a brand voice you define in a YAML file. Bring your own API key, no hosted service in the middle.

ascii-tool · Images to ASCII art, entirely in the browser. No upload, works offline. Try it.

Hexagon-map · Turns an SVG map into hexagons, squares, triangles or circles. For when a plain map is too literal for the slide.

Writing

I write about designing with AI in the room: what the workflow actually looks like, what broke, and the parts I got wrong and had to retract. It's at prateeksingh.in/blog.
