Sometimes it is impossible to select the third player for combo penalty (sanma)

I am not yet sure what causes this behavior, but we have had it haooen several times already during sanma matches, we simply couldn't select the third wind displayed to specify who is the chombo payer.

I will try to figure out how to reproduce it better, but as it stands, I just wanted to make you aware that this is a thing that happens. Somehow. 🙂

Here's a screenshot of where we ended up today.

We could select the first two players but never the third. Something's really buggy here.
