MS1 proposal review left one open gap: how a character goes from user input to a complete action set. Add docs/proposals/ms1-workflow.md covering the asset library, three generation entry paths with master view-set locking, the shared downstream flow, and finalized terminology. Gives the team a single user-perspective workflow reference for module split and UI design in MS1.
