one time Sponsor from individuals

Thanks for your great work, which helps me a lot on my deep learning cv research. Will it possible to offer one-time sponsor from individuals, which mostly comes from school and may be can not afford month sponsor. However, there are a huge amount of school educators or personal researchers. To make this project always follow the academic frontier, ten thousands of ten dollars also contribute to a lot of GPU hours. Furthermore, our individuals also have no need to present on the Sponsor place as the Gold or Diamond Sponsor.

@qiulinzhang I didn't realize the one time required enabling. I've added a few tiers and the custom amount option. Thanks for mentioning it.

One thing though, I don't want to take money from students that are struggling to pay their bills, tuition, etc. From well funded organizations or institutions that benefit from my work, yes! Also from invidiuals with the means or funded grad students/postdoc who benefit from this, sure. But I'd rather students or individuals without significant resources save up for their own GPU or cloud expenses instead of contributing to mine. Contributions welcome in the form of code too.
