Allow disabling / enabling TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 from the webUI

Hi, let me start by saying that I want to disable TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 but I can't edit the config files in the container so I am looking for options to do so from the web UI.

I have installed NPM as an app in TrueNAS Scale. Going into the container itself and editing the file, the changes are not saved once I restart the container ("app"). I am not able to find any good way to disable TLS1.0 and TLS1.1 for my use case so have to resort to a feature request. THanks, happy to share more info / screenshots, anything that'd help getting TLS1.0 / 1.1 disabled due to the security risks.
