Advice for automating the build & release process with Github actions

It would be great if there was an example GitHub workflow that would be able to handle building the necessary releases and attaching them to published releases / tags.

I see that there's already https://github.com/marketplace/actions/electron-builder-action but I'm not yet sure what's required in order to make it work with NativePHP.
