App inside another project doesn't work

I have a normal node/bun project, inside I've created a folder functions and run exactly what is in the doc

It looks like it is somehow trying to get some stuff from the root's parent node_modules and not the current one

Hi @FrancescoSaverioZuppichini

• Do you repro the same error on a new, empty folder?
• Did you create the file local.settings.json and set its content, before running npm start?
• Can you update the command build in the file package.json to:
  "build": "tsc -v && tsc",
  Then run npm run build and share the output? I'm curious to know which version of tsc is used.
