Windows 10 does not have this problem, the problem only occurs on Windows 11

In windows 22h2 all working, in 25h2 not working

i am not able to reproduce this issue in 24H2. Once I move to 25h2, i will try to reproduce it again.

I also came across this issue in Windows 11 version 24H2.
