Hi, I was hoping you might be able to improve the documentation a little bit. In particular, I find it difficult to figure out whether or not you need a paid twitter developer account to be able to follow along with the tutorial. It would be great if you had a newbie section that detailed how to get started, and how to register for the appropriate API key.
