Some internals should get refactored:

• Add more JavaDoc
• Make HttpClient settable by user
• Make ReportResellerCSVParser methods not static
• Change AccessTokenHttpResponse to record
• Check all usages of RuntimeExceptions and replace with specific type
• Make validation with XSD optional
• Refactor XML factories. We should only use one and not three.

• Try to replace com.opencsv:opencsv - it's hosted on SourceForge, the project looks outdated and I can't even find what is changing between releases (there is no changelog!)
