kde-gtk-config-6.6.3: missing kcm_gtkconfig (GTK config module not installed for Qt6) #59989

Description

@supersarma

Is this a new report?

Yes

System Info

Void 6.12.81_1 x86_64

Package(s) Affected

kde-gtk-config-6.6.3_1

Does a report exist for this bug with the project's home (upstream) and/or another distro?

The GTK configuration module for KDE is missing after update.

The package kde-gtk-config is installed, but no KCM (KDE Control Module) is available in System Settings.

There is:

  • no "GNOME/GTK Application Style" section in System Settings
  • no way to configure GTK themes from KDE

Impact

GTK applications (e.g. Firefox) are not correctly themed or scaled after recent updates.

They fall back to default GTK settings (Adwaita / incorrect scaling), causing UI inconsistencies.

Expected behaviour

/usr/lib/qt6/plugins/kcms/kcm_gtkconfig.so

Actual behaviour

The expected plugin file is missing:

Actual:

  • /usr/lib/qt6/plugins/kcms/ does not exist
  • no kcm_gtkconfig.so anywhere on the system

Steps to reproduce

Update the system while using KDE ?
Sorry I do not know what to add more.
