addEventListener-defuser.js does not work

• The issue is not present after disabling uBO in the browser.
• I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I am reporting is not normal behavior.

I tried to reproduce the issue when...

• uBO is the only extension.
• uBO uses default lists and settings.
• using a new, unmodified browser profile.

rule34video.co##+js(aeld, click, open) does not work with website navigation

A specific URL where the issue occurs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. add rule34video.co##+js(aeld, click, open) to my filters
2. navigate to https://rule34video.co/ , observe that rule34video.co##+js(aeld, click, open) work
3. now click any video or categories ,this time work
4. then reload the page, observe that filter does not work.
5. on subsequent reloads of the page ,filter does not work

Expected behavior

rule34video.co##+js(aeld, click, open) work during website reloads or navigation

• while this can be fixed with other filter rule34video.co##+js(nowoif) but i filed this issue anyway so that addEventListener-defuser.js can be improved upon
• i similarly tried rule34video.co##+js(acs, EventTarget.prototype.addEventListener, open) ,it work on hard refresh(ctrl+shift+R). same is true for rule34video.co##+js(aeld, click, open)
