<p>The registration fee includes access to the full conference program, covering all sessions from Tuesday to Friday, with morning and afternoon coffee breaks, cafeteria lunches, a welcome reception, and a guided tour of Ljubljana. All prices include 22% VAT.
<h3>Conference Dinner</h3>
<p>To keep the conference program accessible, especially for students and daily participants, the conference dinner, taking place on Thursday evening (August 28), is offered as an <strong>optional extra (50 EUR)</strong>. Additional tickets can also be purchased for accompanying persons.</p>
<h3>Co-located Events</h3>
<p>Admission to the UniDive Shared Task Workshop on Morphosyntactic Parsing (MSP) and the UniDive UD Turkic workshop is <strong>free of charge</strong>, but <strong>pre-registration is required</strong> for both:</p>

<li>To register for the <strong>UniDive MSP Shared Task</strong> workshop, please use the main <a href="https://eventer.si/registrations/SYNTAXFEST2025#/home" target="_blank">SyntaxFest registration form</a>.</li>
<li>To register for the <strong>UD Turkic Workshop</strong>, please visit the <a href="https://ud-turkic.github.io/udtw25/" target="_blank">workshop page</a>.</li>
</ul>
<p>Please note that both workshops take place in parallel on Tuesday morning (26 August) and provide access only to the workshop session, coffee break and Tuesday lunch.</p>
<h3>Payment Details</h3>

<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0.5em;"><strong>Payment methods:</strong> Registration can be completed online via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. <p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0.5em;"><strong>Student registration:</strong> If you are registering as a student, please send proof of student status (e.g., valid student ID or enrollment certificate) after completing registration to <a href="mailto:nina.bernard@antana-pco.com">nina.bernard@antana-pco.com</a>.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0;"><strong>Cancellation & refund policy:</strong> Cancellations received before 31st July will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of €30. Cancellations received between 1st August 2025 and 10th August 2025 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received after 10th August 2025. All cancellations must be sent in writing to <a href="mailto:nina.bernard@antana-pco.com">nina.bernard@antana-pco.com</a>.</p>
