<h2>Instructions for Authors</h2>

<h3>Oral Presentations</h3>
<p>
Oral presentations will take place at the conference venue. Each paper is scheduled as either a short talk or a long talk, with the following time limits:
<ul>
<li><strong>Short talks (15 min):</strong> 10 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A</li>
<li><strong>Long talks (20 min):</strong> 15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A</li>
</ul>
</p>
<p>
Please keep to your allocated time to ensure the smooth flow of the programme.
<br><br> Presentation rooms are equipped with a PC (Windows) connected to a projector. Please bring your slides on a <strong>USB stick</strong> (PowerPoint and PDF formats supported) to ensure a smooth transition between presentations. Please put your slides on the PC <strong>during the break before your session</strong> to avoid any technical issues.
</p>
<p>
To enable inclusion of <strong>presentation recordings</strong> into the ACL Anthology proceedings, presenters will be asked to sign a voluntary written consent form giving the organizers permission to record the presentation.
</p>
<p>
WiFi is available via <strong>Eduroam</strong> or <strong>designated network</strong>.
</p>
<h3>Poster Presentations</h3>
<p>
Posters should be prepared in <strong>A0 portrait format</strong>, or A1 if landscape. The organizers will take care of poster fixing: Please bring your posters to the <strong>registration desk</strong> by the end of lunchtime (14:00) on the day of your presentation.
</p>
<p>
Each poster session will begin with a round of <strong>lightning talks</strong>, where each presenter gives a <strong>2-minute oral introduction</strong> to their poster. As previously informed through OpenReview, poster presenters may optionally prepare one <strong>booster slide</strong> to accompany their lightning talk (a single slide in pdf format). Please upload your booster slides through OpenReview by <strong>August 20</strong> at the latest.
</p>
<p>
<strong>On-site printing</strong> is available at the conference venue through the printing services at the Faculty of Law. The printing facility is available every day from 8:00 to 15:00. The price for an A0 format print starts at around 25€ and may vary case-by-case. Please note that orders for prints must be placed at least one day in advance and payment can be made only on-site using cash or card.
