JNIExtract can't handle type-name/module-name conflicts

If the swift package's name is the same as a contained type, the type's Java interface isn't properly generated.

Needs more precise investigation.

I assume you have tried on latest main? I did some work on qualified lookups yesterday, but it was a bit naive, may need more work.

In my sample repo I added a type that clashes with the module name here: tkrajacic/swift-android-examples@be507c1

When using 0.1.2, The project compiles, but you can see in the generated files, that WeatherLibrary does not have any generated code really, while WeatherLibrary1 is fully featured.

When trying to compile with main, it fails compiling entirely. Do I have to publish a different SwiftKit locally from this branch then?
