fix(website): use a larger current-brand favicon in both themes (#29)

Use the approved plain database/green-leaf icon in adaptive SVG, themed PNG and legacy icon fallbacks. Enlarge the visible mark and version homepage/docs favicon URLs to avoid stale browser caches.

Validated website build and links, lint and hygiene, actual native browser-tab screenshots, warm-cache replacement, Chrome cached 16/32px icons, and PNG fallback selection in both themes.
