Replaced the placeholder return null error branch in RepoIndexedGuard with an inline error state using the shared Alert component.

This provides users with feedback when the repository status request fails instead of rendering a blank page.

@msukkari Thanks for the feedback! I tried to run the project locally to capture a screenshot, but I'm currently blocked by my local development setup on Windows (I'm hitting environment/setup issues unrelated to this change). I'm working on getting it running and will update this PR with a screenshot as soon as I can.
